🟢End of the activities of the training program “Strategic Planning for NGOs Partnering with the (Sustainable Empowerment) Project”

Within the framework of implementing the activities of the project “Enhancing the Roles of Non-Governmental Organizations in Sustainable Development and Climate Action (Sustainable Empowerment),” which is implemented by the Misr El Kheir Foundation with funding from the European Union and in partnership with four local NGOs, the implementation of the training program “Strategic Planning for NGOs” was completed
The training program aims to enable partner NGOs to develop effective and sustainable strategic plans that keep pace with challenges and respond to development needs.
Program handling:
1. Identify issues, challenges, and strategic axes, and formulate interventions and expected results for the organization.
2. Review the vision and mission of the partner organizations and formulate them in line with the organizations’ goals.
3. Description of the general strategies, driving values, formulation of indicators, and implementation mechanisms.
Through the workshops, a common vision was reached for each organization's strategic interventions and their implementation plans to ensure the desired impact is achieved.
1) Badir Association for Sustainable Development (Fayoum Governorate).
2)Nahdet Beni Suef Foundation (Bani Suef Governorate).
3)Islamic Charitable Association in Nag ad Dar (Luxor Governorate).
4)Egyptians Without Borders Foundation for Development (Aswan Governorate).
Conclusion of the Training Program "Strategic Planning for Partner NGOs in the Sustainable Empowerment Project":
The program aimed to empower partner NGOs to develop effective and sustainable strategic plans that align with current challenges and respond to development needs.
The training covered the following key areas:
1.Identifying key issues, challenges, and strategic pillars, and formulating interventions and expected outcomes.
2.Reviewing and aligning the vision and mission statements with the organizations’ goals.
3.Describing overarching strategies, core values, and developing indicators and implementation mechanisms.
Through interactive workshops, a shared vision of strategic interventions and implementation plans was developed for each organization, ensuring the achievement of the desired impact.
The program witnessed active participation and strong engagement from the partner NGOs of the Sustainable Empowerment Project:
1-bader association for sustainable development (Faiyum Governorate).
2-Nahdet Beni Suef Association (Beni Seuf Governorate).
3-Islamic Charitable Society in Naje Eldar (Luxor Governorate)
4- Egyptians without Boards Foundation For Development (Aswan Governorate)
